Returns & Exchanges


Unless the product description says otherwise (i.e. items marked as “All Sales Final”), items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days of purchase upon determination by Customer Service department. All order issues must be reported to us within (14) days of delivery. Contact our Customer Service at We will respond within 1-2 business days of your inquiry. If there is an issue regarding damages or visible defects, please include photos.

Holidays Notice (Thanksgiving/Christmas):

With the holiday season in full swing and many of you purchasing our products as thoughtful gifts, we want to ensure your peace of mind. Understanding the potential need for more flexibility in exchanges and returns, we’re delighted to announce an extension of our return/exchange policies.The deadline for returns and exchanges has been extended until 01.08.2024, offering you ample time and flexibility for any post-holiday adjustments.

If a return is deemed appropriate, a return label will be provided to you, and the item must be returned in the condition it was received with all the parts and pieces, including original packaging, before a refund or exchange will be processed. If an item is returned less any of these qualifiers, reserves the right to issue a partial refund or not issue a refund for the purchase.

Once returns are received, they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete, we will issue your refund back to your original payment method or ship the replacement item to the original address on file. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution.

After thirty (14) days of delivery, all items purchased are non-refundable and all sales are final.

Defective items or items shipped in error are returnable with shipping on us! Items returned because of customer preferences/change of mind are returnable, but we DO NOT cover return shipping in those cases. We will always do our best to provide exchanges or replacements when requested, but due to the deep discounts we offer, we cannot guarantee that inventory will be available.

Customer regret returns will incur a 15% restocking fee in addition to the customer bearing the cost of the return shipping unless otherwise noted by Helios customer support. If a customer regret return is received and deemed by our customer service to be used or in not new condition a refund will not be issued and customer will be responsible for return shipping or the item will be destroyed.
